I have developed two online workshops to help support your psychological health. These workshops stand alone, but also complement one another. The workshops are self-directed. This means you can learn at your own pace. They include a mixture of video, audio and PDF handouts and you have lifetime access to the content.
Nurture your bodymind
In this workshop you can expect to learn more about the relationship between the brain, mind and body and different body systems affect your psychological health. You will also learn some simple strategies for improving your psychological health, based on nurturing your body. This workshop gives you knowledge and skills to nurture you body, calm your nervous system and promote a sense of peace and rest within the body. This enables your body to communicate to your mind that it and you are safe and well. This is an important, but often neglected, part of psychological work. It can be difficult to create meaningful psychological change if we forget to support the body psychologically.

In this workshop you can expect to learn skills for helping you to live well psychologically. This workshop helps you to develop psychological flexibility, the ability to open up to the present moment and take action towards what matters to you.
